• Revise or add players to the roster available for selection in a Contest due to changes in the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event.
• Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts to any entity (after intimation to all Users via their registered email ids).
• If Dreampitch suspects a User has breached these Terms and Conditions or has improperly used the platform, Dreampitch may, at its sole discretion and without notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access, deactivate or delete the User's account and related information, delete any content posted by the User, and take necessary technical and legal steps.

By using the platform, Users agree to receive communications, including announcements, administrative messages, and fantasy game updates from Dreampitch or any of its partners, licensors, or associates.

Eligibility

To participate in contests on Dreampitch, you must be 18 years old or older. Certain Indian states have laws that may prevent residents from participating in paid contests. Currently, residents of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh are restricted from participating due to state laws.

Participants must have a valid email address to participate. Employees or contractors of Dreampitch, including their subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in paid leagues. Special accounts operated by employees or contractors may participate for monitoring purposes only and cannot affect the contest results.

Intellectual Property

Dreampitch contains content created by Dreampitch, partners, licensors, associates, and/or users. The intellectual property rights in the software underlying Dreampitch and the material published on the platform are owned by Dreampitch, partners, licensors, and/or associates. Users are not permitted to modify, reproduce, or exploit any materials or content on Dreampitch without express written permission.

Users grant Dreampitch a worldwide, irrevocable license to use their content for displaying, distributing, and storing purposes.

Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Dreampitch, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (referred to collectively as the Dreampitch Parties) from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) related to or arising from: (a) any content you provide as a user; (b) your use of, or inability to use, the Services, Terms, or Application(s); (c) your violation of the Terms; (d) your violation of another party's rights, including other users; or (e) your violation of any laws, rules, or regulations.
